I imagine that we all agree that signing talent with strong capital behind it is simple, or at least easier, because I think that the projects and ideas move and encourage the talents. That’s what this article, everything that is not money, of those points that can touch the fiber necessary to attract all the talent you need your startup at the beginning. Those talents that will help turn the power-points and business plans in a sustainable business and generate revenue.
The essential factor is that people will be your startup assume? Yourself!
Until you have a team of people, an image or some rough figures the potential of your business; you are the reflection of the company you want to ride. Your ideas, your way of expressing them, your plans, your vision … all that will make your startup credible or not, your future team must receive security and clairvoyance in the contributed ideas on the way forward. You have to think that you cannot offer something really tangible, can they can afford something but it will be less than under normal so your project is your collateral, the key that can open some doors to find people who want to join your battle.

Once I internalized the message that I think should give, other key that can help you are the following:
1- “Always on”: You have to be always active and looking for talents that can provide differential points or competitive advantages. To attract talent, the constant search is more of a lifestyle that welcomes you to get results.
2- Close the purse startup culture: who would like to join a startup good projection? Because all those “friends” of this culture. And you can find in industry forums, blogs, informative events….
3- Run your own information event with a topic of interest: A concrete example would be to set up your own group Meetup and share your ideas and values with relevant topics such as “excuse”. Of course, you have to add value to events since no one will want to attend but if you foresee as a collective interview more than anything else.
4- Fabric valuable content that is relevant to your startup. Those talents who cross your path will be right for you to do them an “Indecent Proposal”. An interesting option is to create a LinkedIn group with a similar theme.
5- Make networking with entrepreneurs who went through the same thing: they know will give you the best advice on this matter.
6- Visit co working spaces: That may be a good place to find people related to you. A little skill and word of mouth will do the rest.
Finding the right people was never easy, but not have so many companies and human resources consultants. Technical skills is not paramount here, partly yes, but much more raw have the same motivations, passions. When you can have parts of yourself projected on your team is when we have a treasure to be safeguarded and maintained for long.
